Battle of Nations – Team USA

A new steel weapon armored combat sport has flourished across the pond in Europe. It has grown so much that an international tournament with nationalized team have arisen. It is called “Battle of Nations”

In 2012, the United States will be fielding a team in Warsaw Poland and I have been selected to fight on that team. “USA Knights“. Our Arizona team site is http://www.usaknightsaz.org/ . We will be battling the finest warriors from Belarus, Ukraine, Germany, Italy, Romania, Australia, Denmark, Ireland, France, Belgium, Canada and the undefeated Russian team. While our competition is strong, we have many veteran armored fighters. Now entering my 18th year of armored fighting I will offer a significant effort to our team. The challenges to representing our nation on the battlefield are great and numerous. Each team member is responsible for their own armor, weapons, clothing, insurance, travel and lodging for both national practices (one in Illinois and one in Mississippi) and the event in Warsaw, Poland from April 29th to May 5th 2012. We just held our first national practice for Team USA in Springfield IL. An overwhelming response of support from the community was inspiring. The fighting was tough since most of my teammates have over 20 years of armored combat experience. Here is the video from press conference the mayor of Springfield held for us.
